Viper Mini MK 3 Wire Rope Lubricator Kit Complete Wire Rope Lubrication Kit for 6 mm to 44 mm Wire Ropes The Viper Mini MK 3 Wire Rope Lubricator Kit provides fast, safe, and effective lubrication for wire ropes ranging from 6 mm to 44 mm (1/4"–1-3/4") in diameter. Capable of lubricating wire ropes at speeds up to 2,000 meters (6,670 feet) per hour, it replaces slow and messy manual lubrication methods by forcing lubricant under high pressure deep into the wire rope core for more complete coverage and longer service life. Designed for single-person operation, the lightweight Viper Mini MK 3 features a high-strength aluminum collar with corrosion-resistant coating, durable polyurethane seals, and a high-volume grease pump. The complete kit is supplied in a rugged aluminum storage case. Seals are selected separately to match the wire rope diameter. Kit Includes Viper Mini MK 3 lubricator collar High-volume grease pump (50:1, 2.9 kg/min) Air regulator and isolation valve Grease pump with drum cover, carry handle, follower plate, and 4 m hose with quick-connect fittings Retaining ratchet straps and shackles Corrosion-resistant aluminum storage case Note: Seals are sold separately and selected based on the wire rope diameter.
